We’ll meet 1–3 times in person or via Zoom. We’ll visit your venue to review layout and flow, and you’ll have unlimited emails, calls, and texts with us from the moment you book. We’ll also check in regularly so nothing falls through the cracks.
Event Design & Logistics
Your event design will be fully customized to match your style and vision. We’ll create a detailed floor plan, do a full venue walkthrough, and put together a complete event-day timeline for you and your vendors. We’ll direct the ceremony procession and keep the reception running smoothly from start to finish.
Rehearsal & Final Touches
Before the big day, we’ll meet to confirm every last detail. We’ll guide a 1-hour rehearsal (church rehearsals optional) so everyone knows their role.
Day-of Coordination
We’ll set up your ceremony and venue décor using your rentals or personal items. We’ll keep the bridal party or quince court on schedule, manage the timing of each moment, and ensure your celebration flows seamlessly.
